Customer magazine for BT Wholesale
The Loop is a monthly web-based magazine for BT Wholesale customers: UK Communications Providers and Service Providers. I research and write articles and scripts for videos and podcasts on topics ranging from market trends to new product ideas. My professional relationship with BT goes back to 1988. I’ve written continuously for them ever since. Here’s a sample:

Internet TVs are about to switch to a mass-market buy in the UK. It’s part of a trend that could see the keyboard lose its place as the tool most people use to go online. That’s according to a report by Cisco that looks at what’s influencing the shape and health of tomorrow’s internet.
Signs are that the TV remote control could well take the keyboard’s crown. There’s been a flood of internet TV activity in recent months. Apple is just one of the big ICT names to enter this market. They’ve just re-launched Apple TV. It’s a piece of kit that streams rented HD films and TV shows from online sources, plus YouTube clips, podcasts, internet radio and content from other Apple devices. |

Web content for Benecol
A personal recommendation from another client introduced me to this project with the food manufacturer Benecol. They needed web content to launch a new range of yoghurts, spreads and cream cheese plus copy for the packaging: a delight for a foodie like me.

Light and smooth, our Cream Cheese Style Spread adds a special touch to a toasted bagel, sandwich or cracker - or as a simply delicious dip for crudités.
